IPSC Region Finland

and Finnish Shooting Sport Federation Practical Division (FSAPD) and Suomen Ampumaurheiluliitto Practical-jaosto (in Finnish) are all names of the same organization. The name "IPSC Finland" is the oldest one (used since 1976) and the two other names have been used officially since 5. November 1990 when Finnish practical shooters joined the Finnish Shooting Sport Federation.
